These terms apply to repair and service work carried out by Siddhi Vinayak Electro Care, an authorised multi-brand service centre located in Pali, Rajasthan, and to the use of this website. By handing over an appliance for service, you agree to these terms.
Any estimate given before inspection is indicative only. A firm estimate is provided after the appliance has been examined. If the cost is expected to exceed the estimate, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. You may decline the repair at that point; an inspection charge may still apply.
For appliances of brands we are authorised for, we use manufacturer-approved spare parts. Availability of certain parts may depend on supply from the manufacturer and can affect repair timelines.
Repairs carried out by us carry a limited warranty covering the specific fault repaired and the parts replaced. The applicable warranty period is stated on your invoice or job card. This warranty does not cover:
Where an appliance is under the manufacturer’s own warranty, the terms of that manufacturer’s warranty apply to the claim.
Please retain your job card or service receipt — it is required to collect your appliance. We will notify you when the appliance is ready. Appliances not collected within a reasonable period after notification may attract storage charges, and we reserve the right to dispose of uncollected items after giving you notice, in accordance with applicable law.
Where an appliance contains any stored settings or data, you are responsible for backing it up before handing the device over. We are not responsible for loss of such data during repair.
Payment is due on collection of the appliance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Applicable GST is charged and shown on your invoice. We reserve the right to retain the appliance until payment for the work carried out has been made.
Our liability in relation to any service is limited to the value of the service charges paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use, arising from a repair or a delay in completing it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
We serve customers in Pali, Jalore and Sirohi districts of Rajasthan. Onsite service availability, where offered, may vary by location and appliance type.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Pali, Rajasthan.
